Arthrostylidium reflexum is known from localities with an annual mean temperature of 24.9°C and precipitation of 1401 mm. Temperatures show considerable seasonality (standard deviation ~213.1), varying from 32.1°C in the warmest month to 16.4°C in the coolest (isothermality ratio ~62.6). Precipitation shows considerable seasonality (coefficient of variation ~54.5), varying from 212 mm in the wettest month to 29 mm in the driest. The mean temperatures of the wettest (totaling 536 mm) and driest (totaling 126 mm) quarters being 27°C and 22.1°C, respectively, and the mean precipitation of the warmest (27.4°C) and coolest (22°C) quarters being 527 mm and 144 mm, respectively.
