HabitatElevation ProfilePrecipitation ProfileTemperature ProfileHumidity ProfileSolar Radiation ProfileWind Speed ProfileMerostachys brevispica is known from localities with an annual mean temperature of 22.2°C and precipitation of 1581 mm. Temperatures show relatively little seasonality (standard deviation ~57.3), varying from 29.3°C in the warmest month to 15°C in the coolest (isothermality ratio ~84.5). Precipitation shows considerable seasonality (coefficient of variation ~59.6), varying from 247 mm in the wettest month to 33 mm in the driest. The mean temperatures of the wettest (totaling 711 mm) and driest (totaling 131 mm) quarters being 22.3°C and 21.5°C, respectively, and the mean precipitation of the warmest (22.8°C) and coolest (21.4°C) quarters being 458 mm and 134 mm, respectively.
