Eremitis multiflora is known from localities with an annual mean temperature of 23.2°C and precipitation of 1210 mm. Temperatures show moderate seasonality (standard deviation ~193.9), varying from 30.9°C in the warmest month to 14.8°C in the coolest (isothermality ratio ~62.8). Precipitation shows considerable seasonality (coefficient of variation ~54.5), varying from 192 mm in the wettest month to 38 mm in the driest. The mean temperatures of the wettest (totaling 544 mm) and driest (totaling 136 mm) quarters being 24.6°C and 21.2°C, respectively, and the mean precipitation of the warmest (25.8°C) and coolest (20.4°C) quarters being 364 mm and 140 mm, respectively.
