Didymogonyx geminatum is known from localities with an annual mean temperature of 20.8°C and precipitation of 1981 mm. Temperatures show relatively little seasonality (standard deviation ~52.2), varying from 26.4°C in the warmest month to 15.3°C in the coolest (isothermality ratio ~82.5). Precipitation shows considerable seasonality (coefficient of variation ~52.8), varying from 742 mm in the wettest month to 2 mm in the driest. The mean temperatures of the wettest (totaling 2156 mm) and driest (totaling 9 mm) quarters being 20.9°C and 20.6°C, respectively, and the mean precipitation of the warmest (29°C) and coolest (11.4°C) quarters being 493 mm and 464 mm, respectively.
