HabitatElevation ProfilePrecipitation ProfileTemperature ProfileHumidity ProfileSolar Radiation ProfileWind Speed ProfileChusquea barbata is known from localities with an annual mean temperature of 16°C and precipitation of 1498 mm. Temperatures show relatively little seasonality (standard deviation ~59.7), varying from 22.8°C in the warmest month to 7.6°C in the coolest (isothermality ratio ~80.9). Precipitation shows considerable seasonality (coefficient of variation ~50.1), varying from 244 mm in the wettest month to 23 mm in the driest. The mean temperatures of the wettest (totaling 710 mm) and driest (totaling 80 mm) quarters being 16.2°C and 15.1°C, respectively, and the mean precipitation of the warmest (22.4°C) and coolest (9.1°C) quarters being 449 mm and 156 mm, respectively.
