Chusquea ramosissima is known from localities with an annual mean temperature of 20.4°C and precipitation of 1486 mm. Temperatures show considerable seasonality (standard deviation ~301.3), varying from 29.6°C in the warmest month to 10.6°C in the coolest (isothermality ratio ~57.5). Precipitation shows moderate seasonality (coefficient of variation ~32.7), varying from 355 mm in the wettest month to 2 mm in the driest. The mean temperatures of the wettest (totaling 979 mm) and driest (totaling 6 mm) quarters being 21.7°C and 17.7°C, respectively, and the mean precipitation of the warmest (28.1°C) and coolest (11°C) quarters being 440 mm and 274 mm, respectively.
