Raddiella esenbeckii is known from localities with an annual mean temperature of 24.5°C and precipitation of 1941 mm. Temperatures show relatively little seasonality (standard deviation ~86.3), varying from 31.4°C in the warmest month to 17.3°C in the coolest (isothermality ratio ~75.5). Precipitation shows considerable seasonality (coefficient of variation ~63.6), varying from 545 mm in the wettest month to 0 mm in the driest. The mean temperatures of the wettest (totaling 1520 mm) and driest (totaling 0 mm) quarters being 24.6°C and 24°C, respectively, and the mean precipitation of the warmest (29.1°C) and coolest (16.1°C) quarters being 407 mm and 433 mm, respectively.
