HabitatElevation ProfilePrecipitation ProfileTemperature ProfileHumidity ProfileSolar Radiation ProfileWind Speed ProfileMerostachys argentea is known from localities with an annual mean temperature of 23.3°C and precipitation of 986 mm. Temperatures show moderate seasonality (standard deviation ~160.6), varying from 30°C in the warmest month to 15.9°C in the coolest (isothermality ratio ~68.5). Precipitation shows moderate seasonality (coefficient of variation ~30.9), varying from 119 mm in the wettest month to 48 mm in the driest. The mean temperatures of the wettest (totaling 349 mm) and driest (totaling 164 mm) quarters being 24.5°C and 21°C, respectively, and the mean precipitation of the warmest (25.1°C) and coolest (21°C) quarters being 299 mm and 164 mm, respectively.
